This company does in fact have a great selection of clocks, however their customer service is less than satisfactory. Upon calling the store for shipping details on a clock I ordered, I was informed that it would not be in-stock for another month. Because thi was a christmas gift, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Weeks went by with no contact from this store, no refund credited to my account; nothing. After three and a half weeks I began attempting to contact the store and was ignored. Finally I contacted my bank who suggested I speak to my attorney, whom I happen to use for my business. He then suggested I send an email to this store stating the legal actions that would be taken if the refund was not completed promptly. A few hours after sending this email I called the store again and reached the manager. It is with disgust that I say this person has no place working in hospitality or retail services. He stated that my email was offensive and upsetting. From there he continued to treat me disrespectfully. He then informed me he had searched me online AND responded to my email threatening me with legal action if I posted negative reviews of his company online! He also included a photo of me from one of my social media sites in the email. I am disgusted with this company/store and refuse to ever do business with them again. I did eventually receive my refund.
