I have been going to Imbert & Smithers for about 15 years and I cannot take it any more! I just picked up a piece that was in for repair. When I dropped it off, the smith told me it would take about one week and cost no more than $40. I picked it up two days ago after ten months and $125. Whether you are buying (10% higher than most other stores), ordering something custom (if you are not a good ol' boy, they will not even call the vendors), or looking for repairs (see above); expect a really expensive headache!
