I have a 7 month old kitten who is very frisky. But one day he started acting sluggish and vomiting. I was very concerned and rushed him to a clinic that will remain nameless. I was charged $300 and sent home with no real answers. Meanwhile my kitten was getting progressively worse and I was freaking out. After doing some quick research on the internet, I took him to Perring Animal Hospital. Dr. James was extremely professional and compassionate. She performed an exam for fraction of what I was charged at the other place and gave me a diagnosis. He needed surgery (he swallowed something) and I was provided with a fair and reasonable estimate of the costs. After the surgery, she called to explain what she found, what it meant, after care etc. When I went to pick him up, he was not in a good mood, but Dr. James took it all in stride. She again explained everything to me and answered all of my questions for probably the third time. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. James.
