I just visited Sam Choy's and I have to tell the readers that place is waste of money.\r I usually judge the restaurant by (same as most of people)\r Taste\r Service\r Price\r They did not offer any of above.\r Taste : All the food we ordered was greasy too sweet and cheaply done.\r My red wine braised short rib taste like some store bought demi-glace sauce.\r \r Service: We had to lift our empty first course plates in order for the waiter to place our main dishes. What is this!! \r Toward the end, as a good local girl, we asked left over to pack. But guess what, my girl friend's mashed potato was packed along with my ribs and the roasted potato. Can you figure the level of service?\r \r And the price: Over price wine and the food.\r I am so surprised that the restaurant was full last night.\r As a residence of Honolulu, I strongly recommended to the entire tourist, ""Go someplace else"".\r \r
