Go somewhere else!
I have been to many places for my eyes. This however is an experience I won't repeat! I did the whole thing, exam, contacts ( 6mo supply), and a pair of glasses. Mind you the frames and lenses I got were among the cheapest offered at the store. 800.00 later I am shocked, no one told me of all the hidden stuff they were adding on to my bill. 95.00 for a contact fitting fee? Okay someone put contacts in front of me, I put them in, they ask how they felt, and scheduled me to come back in a week to make sure they felt good. 95.00? How about I call you and tell you I'm okay! I have a polish fee for my glasses! They don't tell you about this stuff, just put it on the bill! I am not someone who is going to argue with an hourly employee who doesn't care. But I will not return, and I will tell others not to go as well! I run my own company, and if we did things like this to our people, I would expect to go out of business. Funny thing is about 15 years ago I worked for eye care centers of America ( the corporate office for today's vision) and my job was among other things, to figure the amount of bonus that went to each store every month... Oh how I wish I could be back behind that computer and give this store what they really deserve, NOTHING! Stop ripping people off!
