My experience with mike's limos from start to finish was TERRIBLE. First off, I had a hard time ever getting Ted to call me back. I finally called Mike and was able to secure the bus. I received a conformation shortly after and sent in the check for the deposit the next day (they told me I could only use a check to pay the deposit). The night before the event I called to confirm the pick up times and they had no record of my reservation. Luckily, they had an available bus. The bus came at the scheduled time and the driver was very friendly. Afterwards I called to clear up the payment issue and learned they had cashed the check, but had not applied it to my account which was why our reservation was not on the books. This means they cashed a check and did not know what it was for...shady. When I spoke to them about it the next day, I expressed my disappointment with what happened and they ( both mike and Ted were on the line) began to argue with me. Ted became enraged and began screaming at me over the phone. Yes, SCREAMING. . I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
