They could care less about customer retention. I thought being a good and very frequent customer would be worth something, but at this place it means nothing! Most of my experiences were positive until today. I was only three days late to take out layaway, and I was completely shafted. They pulled my items and I lost $400 in payments. The fact that I would shop there regularly and purchased $100s at a time did not make the equation when the owner supposedly tried to offer me a deal on the items that were pulled. In my opinion, this should account for something, but he totally refused to work with me. My motto is "What goes around, comes around." With that in mind, I am not upset. I am merely disappointed with their business practice and the fact that good customers mean nothing. Not to mention the fact that the owner is a greedy businessman. Open a layaway only if you will take it out by the due date. Otherwise be prepared to lose your money without any compromise from management.
