I was on the hunt for a new salon--a place where I could be a regular client--so I bought a Groupon with Hair Emporium for a color/cut/style. Nowhere in the language of the Groupon did it say the color didn't include highlights, which was my intention for making the purchase. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was met with condescending and rude responses from two employees who informed me that the offer did not include highlights. One of the stylists even chastised me for misunderstanding the offer. If this is the level of customer service and professionalism held by the Hair Emporium, you can count me out, along with every single person in my network of friends to whom I would have recommended this business.
