I went to this store, because I was a bridesmaid in an out-of-town wedding. I was alone trying to find a certain bridesmaid dress, since I was the only person from the bridal party living in New Orleans. The owner told me that she would not be able to order the dress until the next day. When I got home that night I realized I had ordered the wrong dress. The very next morning, as soon as the store had opened, I called them to tell them to cancel my order. The owner said that she had not ordered the dress, yet, but I could not get my money back. She said that she could not give my money back, because I had signed a contract saying that the store does not accept returns or refunds. She did not carry the designer that I needed for the wedding. She said that all she could do was offer me store credit. I said that she hadn't ordered the dress, so it's not like she had lost money . She said she could to do anything about it. She was rude and stole my money (almost $200). I recently finished graduate school, so it's not like I can just give away that much money. I am trying to get in touch with ""Channel 6 On Our Side."" No one should ever shop there. I thought businesses wanted to keep customers, not make them feel awful and push them away. This business does not understand giving their customers value for their money.
