Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff Services and waiting time was great. Love the vehicle we rented. Will rent again from Enterprise.

Had to rent a car b/c mine was totaled. They were very helpful. Picked me up and got me in touch with the auto sales department and I ended up buying a car from them. So thanks so much!!!

I arrived at at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Stone Mountain, Georgia after having reserved a full sized crossover vehicle 3-days earlier. After learning of my reservation, the leasing agent informed me that the type vehicle I reserved was not on the property. Instead I settled for a Chrysler Town & Country minivan.



Upon my return to the business to check in the returned van, I was not waited on until another customer entered the business at which point the agents attempted to wait on her instead of me. I promptly alerted them that I was at the business first. Such oversight was greatly insulting.



Then, as if it couldn't get any worse, it appears that someone at the business fradulently charged merchandise at Nordstrom Direct to my credit card.

Not the best of customer service, didn't seem to have answers to simple questions. Car was clean and in top shape.
