Horrible experience here, I would not recommend anyone to this company! Totally unprofessional and we keep getting the run around.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service and our sons headstone. The cost was not an option for us. The detail and pictures on the stone are so meaningful. Marcy and the entire staff were very caring and kind hearted, I would deffinately recommend Stockton Monuments you really get what you want.

I would definitely recommend Stockton Monuments to anyone who has lost a loved one. During our loss they were very patient and caring. They are very courteous and friendly . This is the place to be when in need. Marcy, Mike, and Maria thank you for all your help!

The best service ever! This was a very difficult time for our family especially my mom, losing her only son. They did a beautiful job! Absolutely gorgeous headstone! They were so welcoming, patient and concerned about how we were feeling and what we needed NOT focussed on money. I would definitely refer Stockton Monuments to a friend.

I'm from Modesto and when my husband passed away I was referred to go to Stockton Monuments and I was hesitant at first because it was kind of far of a drive but once I met Marcy and Maria I knew I went to the right place, we communicated through phone & e-mail which was very helpful for me.They were both excellent at their work, very professional, understanding, and only wanted what was best for my husband =) I will DEFINATLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!

after 26 years i finally saved up enough money to get my mother a headstone. the staff at stockton monument was understanding and very proffessional. the facility is clean and they walked me through every step. very affortable and timely! my experience was excelllant and i highly recomend this company!

Have done business with this company a couple of times . They do good work but be prepared to have cost added to the final price up to the installation even after all information has been given. And know that once you get started on a project you cannot stop without losing payments or other money s and they will keep adding to the final payment .

When my Dad died, we purchased a headstone from another company. When my Mom passed we asked that company to go out and add her name and dates, which we had paid for. A year and a half later, it was still not done.

A friend suggested we contact Stockton Monuments. My brother and I went to Sockton Monuments to talk to them about the situation. In the interrim.another brother had passed, and his urn had been placed with my parents. We inquired about adding him as well. Marcy, of Stockton Monuments helped us pick a stone which we liked much better, and helped us design a memorial that everyone in my family loves. The stone was completed and in place well before the promised date,

and we are so happy that we chose Stockton Monuments. They kept us informed all along the way and were so easy to work with. Losing a loved one is hard enough. Thank you Mike and Marcy for making this part of the process so easy.

Very happy with the service. I got my monument in the time they told me and it was installed in 3 weeks as promised.

My company, Stockton Monuments, is one of a few in Stockton. We have been mistaken numerous times with issues regarding the OTHER companies. I have reason to believe you are referring to a different monument company. My office is located at 2821 N. California St. I have never had this type of issue with any of the families I have worked with. I have never been known to have “TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”. I am sorry you had this experience and would gladly try to help you fix the mistake ANOTHER company has made. I would appreciate it, if you can please remove your comment.

This company takes longer than the time stated, will not return phone calls or emails within a reasonable amount of time,will not correct mistakes made on markers.It has taken two months for them to tell me there's nothing they will do about a misprint on my mothers marker.I have the copy I approved but the marker says something else.

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT MIKE AND MARIA AT STOCKTON MONUMENTS ARE WONDER GIVEING PEOPLE. WHEN I ASK THEM TO DONATE A MONUMENT FOR MY FRIENDS BABY WHO HAS JUST PAST (BABY BOY ROBERT) THEY HAS NOW PROBLEM HELPING ME I JUST CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO HELP AND THE WERE VERY NICE AND CONSIDERATE OF THE SITUATION AND THEY EXPRESSED THERE CONDOLENCES AND DONATED A BABY HEADSTONE FOR NO CHARGE. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANKS TO THEM MY FRINDS BABY CAN BE LAYED TO REST WITH A BEATIFUL HEADSTONE MADE AND INSTALLED BY STOCKONT MONUMENTS. THANKS TO THEM BABY ROBERTS NAME WILL BE DISPLAYED IN A BEAUTIFUL LOVING WAY, JUST LIKE HIS PARENTS WANTED IT TO BE. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP MIKE GOD BLESS YOU.
