I have engaged Sudha Chadalavada regarding some of the tax lien issues that I was dealing with the Franchise tax board and the IRS. On May 2nd of 2015, I was notified that Sudha obtained a clearance and waiver for about $50,000 tax lien on property from California Franchise Tax Board, on June 14th of 2015, she also obtained a waiver of penalty and interest for about $4,000 from IRS.
