OKAY! YOU MAY DRIVE UP TO THIS PLACE AND SAY, "WHAT AM I GETTING MYSELF INTO HERE?" THE DECOR IS A LITTLE ON THE CHEAP SIDE AND YOU GET SERVED ON PAPER PLATES, BUT LET ME TELL YOU, YOU REALLY GET A GOOD VALUE AT THIS PLACE AND THE FOOD IS GREAT. IT'S BASICALLY A BREAKFAST/HAMBURGER JOINT WERE YOU ORDER AT THE COUNTER AND SEAT YOURSELF. THEY HAVE BISCUITS AND GRAVY, REALLY GREAT OMELETS, TRY THE PHILLY,AND A HEAPING HELPING OF HASHBROWNS ON THE SIDE. REALLY WORTH THE PRICE, LET ME TELL YOU. THE FELLOW AT THE COUNTER IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. THE BURGERS ARE MADE WITH REALLY GREAT BEEF; NOT THE CHEAP STUFF YOU MIGHT GET AT FAST FOOD PLACES. GREAT SHAKES AND GREAT FRIES. IT'S A MUST TRY, IN MY HONEST OPINION.
I LOVED Olde Tyme (or 'the burrio place' as many of us used to call it). They were always busy, but they were the best. Unfortunately, they've closed! I, as well as many other fans of their delicious burritoes, wish they had not. Perhaps, by some miracle some day they will return to us.
Some very healthy and tasty menu choices at reasonable prices. Always clean and a free salsa bar is an added plus. Their citrus marinated chicken is great as are some of the Mexican menu items (burritos, tacos, taquitos, etc.). Ample parking behind and close to rear restaurant door.
