        Came out to repair my washer/dryer. Of course, charged me the service charge of $55 - to be expected. Told me I needed a new heating coil and they would be in touch. A week later, having not heard back from them, I called and they said they couldn't find the part. I told them I would order the part, and they said they would come back out and install it. I found and ordered the part, but then when I would call them to have them come out, they act like they are confused, hang-up, and then never answer their phone after that. Finally got another person to install the part, and that didn't fix the issue. Don't waste your time with this business.

        First and foremost i must say that i am extremely happy i called them when i did. I live in an apartment and accidentally broke my glass oven door . I called them on Tuesday and by Friday i had my glass and door fixed . I broke it trying to clean it after a casserole spilled . The guys that came to my apartment were on time and very respectful . I felt comfortable letting them work in my kitchen while i watched them . They took their time and i defiantly was able to use my oven the very next day while cooking .
