Arthritis & Rheumatology Clinic

This dr refused to fill out updated disability paperwork I'm already out on disability they just need an update on how my condition is. She told me she couldn't fill that out until I had been coming for several months and we deleveloped a repour. I don't understand this I've gone to several dr and never have I had a dr tell me this. I dont understand I'm not trying to make a lunch date just have a dr check my condition and give a report.
