Easiest plumber I've worked with. Called with a problem and within 2 hours Tyler arrived, cleared the drain and fixed a lose fixture (without asking).

We tried 2 other plumbers, 1 no-showed the other never even answered their phone.

I called Advanced Plumbing and asked if they installed bathtubs(the old one has already been removed)with triple walls and how much is an estimate. The lady who answered informed me that they could install and stated $500 on the high end for the work. I asked if it will go more than $500, will you guys let us know ahead of time? She confirmed yes the plumbers will let us know ahead of time if cost will be more than $500.
Tim and Jeff (I believe) came at 8am on the scheduled day and after an hour, they told us they couldn’t complete the job and left. Less than an hour later they came back and told us they can continue the job. Should have been a red flag there.

After about 6.5 hours from 8am to 2:30pm, they gave us a bill for $880 and the bathroom looks almost the same as before they came. They told us we needed to do some work ourselves and then call them again. They only replaced some pipes and faucets and very minor work on the floor, all of which I believe, could be done in 2 hours. The bathtub WAS NOT even installed. It was just placed on the floor. We wouldn’t mind paying $880,but we should expect better results and not like the pictured. And how hard could it be between 8am to 2pm to at least inform us (as agreed) that the cost will be much higher than the estimated $500.Throughout the time they were there, it was mostly spent going in and out of the house and waiting. Who knows what they were waiting for?

I called them multiple times the next day asking for an explanation but the lady who answered the phone kept saying she’ll try to contact the plumbers. I got a call from a Ron or Don later that evening but it went to my voicemail. In the voicemail, he said he’ll call again the next day. I tried calling the next day and couldn’t reach this Ron or Don guy. Until now, still no word from them. To all my fellow workers at Andrews University who needs plumbing or similar service, do NOT call Advanced Plumbing and just move on to the next contact on your list.
