PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services

We found out that our hot water heater in our finished basement had been leaking slowly for some time. Mold had built up on two walls, but was hidden behind bookshelves, so we didn't notice the problem until we saw the floor looked funny. I called PuroClean on the recommendation of a friend.



The PuroClean folks were fantastic! When I called, Ed answered and was very professional and friendly, and so was the team that came to perform the mold remediation. Everything was done correctly and quickly! They set up a containment area. The wall portions were removed along with the entire floor. They then removed any remaining mold, cleaned out the air ducts, set up air scrubbers and totally cleaned up behind themselves.

When our basement flooded, PuroClean's response was fast, friendly and professional. Ed and his team answered all of our questions and walked us through the flood mitigation process. Since the damage was covered, Ed worked directly with our insurance company to arrange the payment (after the deductible) which made it easier for us to focus on the lining up the rest of the repair work. I hope we will never have another home emergency like this ever again, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to call PuroClean again.

I would definitely recommend Ed's service. I thought the work was done professionally and thorough. Sandy Hurrican did the damage to our basement, The crew came and did most of the work while I didn't need to be around. Took away debris, saved samples for insurance, etc. Ed came around often to check and answer any questions. I can't address the pricing since we didn't really ask around and never needed this kind of service before. If it happens again? Sure we would use Ed again.

This experience has been the most challenging in my life. I hate to admit that:) I could talk to Ed and not only that get a solution from honestly his advice. When I first called them we had a real situation and possible mold problem. We solved that problem but as you may find out just getting to the problem with all the insurance issues and honestly people issues, beccause you have different stances, you may not even get to a workable solution at all. Ed made sure we could get the most out of the situation in all types of logiistcs. You may need him for quality work which everyone agreed and what I know more about he was the person who could steer us to the best solution in the fastest time and whenever we wanted. What I liked about was that he was passionate about the field.

I recommend this service wholeheartedly. A black mold infestation is depressing enough, but the only thing that would make it worse would have been a difficult or drawn-out remediation. Thank goodness for Ed and his team. They were extremely quick to get out to our house and get to work. Moreover, Ed is very transparent about cost, time, and what is and isn't salvageable. He won't add any costs above his original quote without your go-ahead, and that was especially important to us, as our job turned out to be a monster. Most commendable was Ed's decision to stop work at a point where he felt we needed to fix some things ourselves before proceeding. We didn't know much about black mold or what to do about it. We very well could have been fleeced. Ed could have kept working and adding cost without us knowing that it was useless to proceed, but he didn't and wouldn't do such a thing. Once again, thank goodness we found this extremely capable and honest team.

Unfortunately I have had to use this company twice now. However, they are GREAT! They are reasonably priced, fast and informative. They are also very thorough (my 2 issues were completely separate). Ed came by quickly and was calm, helpful and professional. He thoroughly examined the affected area and provided a reasonable price to help fix it. His friendly crew came with him and they were able to begin immediately and take care of the situation. They gave me frequent status updates as they were doing the work, and even discovered another problem that would have lead to more issues but I was able to resolve quickly. They saved the day! This is one of the most customer service friendly companies that I have ever used. They handle all types of water, fire, mold and biohazard restoration and removal and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This company is a class act. We had a terrible flood in our basement and were told they would come out immediately (same day) and begin work on everything. It's a large space so on day one they even called for reinforcements and another guy showed up. They worked quickly and efficiently and even noticed some problems (non flood related) that they made sure to make us aware of so that we could get it taken care of. We got to know the guys by first name and really appreciate everything they did for us. They were kind, and very respectful of our home. We always knew what the plan was as communication is key to them and customer satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend them from my home to yours!

We had a really unfortunate issue with mold in our house and I was at wits end with other companies who were attempting to charge us ridiculous amounts of money to get it inspected and cleaned up. I called Ed Ketchoyan and he was there immediately with his team to start work. He kept us informed every step of the way as to their work objectives and progress report on a daily basis. They worked hard to get us back into the home as quickly as they cold. He and his team were professional and the Customer Service was fantastic. This company rates Five Stars to be sure! I often wondered if I was the only customer he had, although I knew that I wasn't. I would use them again and will always tell my friends to go here for this service.
