5 Stars!! My trip happened to coincide with the biggest snow storm for the DC metro area in several years. Upon stepping out of the airport, I found the shuttle waiting and had a very nice conversation with the driver on the way to the car lot. Once I arrived at the car lot, I was immediately greated and served. Originally had a compact car reserved, but due to the amount of snow from the storm, they hadn't cleared all the cars. I was offered a minivan or a small suv with no additional cost. I opted for the SUV sine it was just me and didn't need a minivan. Great service, great staff!! Will rent from them again!!
Just recently rented a vehicle from the Dulles Airport location. From the roadside pick up on Sunday 22 Jan to the shuttle ride back to the departure on Friday 27 Jan the service was top class. When I was asked by the attendant how can the service be improved, I was speechless, the only thing that I could think was: how about a hot cup of coffee? Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and dedicated to provide us with the best service possible. Enterprise has been my best car rental experiences in Dulles, National, Tampa, North Bethesda and Houston. Jose
At Roanoke VA you have no signs about return procedure . Even your employees have tried to tell you with no luck. Nobody greets you. You need sign saying. Pick a spot and park. Remember the number of spot . Write down mileage. Bring keys and papers to enterprise located at baggage to left side of airport. Instead you get nothing. Your great fix this for employees and is.
