I agree that this is a clean Taco Bell, newly renovated, and the food was acceptable. The customer service on the drive thru though, is 50/50. My first experience going through the drive-thru, the guy at the window asked me if I wanted Hot or Mild Sauce? I said Mild. He said sorry, the restaurant's completely out of both sauces. For some reason, his lazy attitude and indifference didn't convince me. After receiving my order, I pulled around, parked, and went in. I went right to where the sauces, napkins, and straws are usually kept. Right there, both little bins were jammed FULL of both Mild AND Hot Sauce! So he was just too lazy to refill his station at the drive-thru window, or atleast walk about 15 feet to go check. Later in the week, I went thru the drive-thru again. The latter time, a different guy at the window was nice, polite, and even put a mint in my order with extra napkins and sauce. So I guess it depends on who's working, on the day you choose to eat there.

I was so sad to let my car go. I was so sad to let my car go. There was no other alternative. I did not know what to do and I started looking online for an auto salvage yard. I had never had to do anything like this before and I was greeted by a friendlyman. He made me feel so comofortable and I kind of forgot about how sad I was. I had no idea how easy it was to get the car towed away. I was also so amazed at how friendly and courteous that they tow driver was that picked up my car. They made me have a good experience though I hated to see my car go. I would recommend them to many other family and friends and was doing it not 30 minutes after I made my easy appointment.
This is the only Wendy's I go to. The service is fast, food is always hot, and the staff is very friendly. The manager, Tim, runs a good staff. He makes sure we are taken care of when we come in (there's usually a group of 5+ that come in during lunch time), and get us served quickly. He is an excellent manager at the Metro Pwy store in Sterling Heights.
