        Buff Whelan Chevrolet has been the top Chevrolet dealer in the State of Michigan since 2001 and in the U.S since 2017. It is still the location where the new and used car showrooms, body shop and service facilities are housed. The dealership became known as the place "Where the deals make the difference every day."         I came to Sue Chio for this lease. I have bought 2 used cars from her in the past. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure the details were worked out correctly for my lease (mine was not exactly typical). She made me feel like a part of her family, which is priceless. She is a very valuable asset to Buff Whelan! I will continue to come back to her.

        As I checked in today I could not believe that I had never ever reviewed this place.

        I met my salesman Mr. Mike Omelianoff in 2006, as we were guiding one of our children into her 1st brand new Cobalt.

        Mike even suggested that she go through a local bank to establish credit at a young age, fast forward several years down the road & that tool/technique truly helped her in her mid 20's & beyond.

        Also 2 more children went her & bought....Cobalts & we have bought 2 Impalas from Mike.

        He is a very energetic & engaging salesman, very low pressure & he knows each & every incentive out there, plus Buff Whelan Chevrolet put "Free " sunroofs in 3 of those cars.

        One other noteworthy fact about Mr.Mike Omelianoff , beyond just your basic delivery & installing the plate, Mike put all of our new drivers behind the wheel as he slid into the passenger seat & went over every control, knob & option !

        Explained the warranty & service department standards, which we never had to use once on any of those 5 Chevrolet Products.

        In closing they are also a good community neighbor, hosting blood drives 2 times a year.

        I have never bought a car from here. I have however taken my car there to be serviced. I have always found the service to be excellent, wait time reasonable and prices ok.
