Bright Side Painting

Bright Side has ripped off many of their customers. They do very poor work. I can not beleive they are still in business. The worst roofing contractors in Michigan. Read your contract if they did work for you. I'll bet you did not get 1-1/2 " drip edge or 30# felt (underlayment). Those items are built in to the quote. Some very angry customers put up a web site with pictures.

I just want to say what a great job Bright Side did on my Roof!! It was done with in one day! The crew was great, the office staff was great and I could not be happier!! My roof is awsome!! Thank you Bright Side!!

I can't believe this company is still in business. Juanita (the owner) has no clue how fast information gets around. They do not take care of the customer. I was ripped off by Bright Side Inc. I will tell as many people as possible of my horrible experience. They know they screwed up. Bright Side Construction is loosing business every minute of every day someone is telling the story of how they were ripped off. Thousands of potential customers can view the mess you left me with. I have done an excellent job getting the word out while you play around on FACEBOOK.

I have seen Bright Sides roofing and painting's work. IT IS THE WORST. They have lots of complaints. Unhappy customers have a web site brightside suck showing hundreds of pics of their jobs. They has three claims last year with the BBB. They quote high quality materials and use cheep material. Their standard Quote says 1.5 " drip edge and 30# felt ; but they install .3/4 " drip edge and standard 15 # felt. They also do not install ridge vent as quoted. Just Google them and look at all the upset customers they have.
