I don't typically take time to share thoughts regarding an experience I had at a business establishment, but the service I received today warranted an acknowledgement. I was assisted by a worker named Joanne in Customer Service. She spent an abnormally long amount of time trying to help me resolve a return issue (that was my fault) and I was fully expecting to be told there was nothing they could do. She worked on helping for about 15 minutes in the store, and then took my name and phone number to call me with an update when one was available so I didn't have to wait. She called about 15 minutes after I left the store with a solution that was above and beyond my expectations. The service I received today is rare and should absolutely be commended. I have been a long-time Kohl's customer already, and this certainly further enhanced my perception and made me feel quite valued as a customer. Thank you again to Joanne, and I hope she's just as appreciated by the Kohl's team. ;)
The staff in the portrait studio is incredible. They are patient, will accommodate almost any idea you come in with, have great backgrounds and print quality and the pricing is always fair. We have had Barb do most of our sittings and she is fantastic. Always a great experience.
Love going to this Kohl's. They always have what I need (like my size) in certain things I'm looking for if other locations are out. If lines are long, they will also make sure to call for other cashiers to help.
