        Overall

        November 2012, I purchased a love seat. Received sale price 4 days before sale, as I wasn't going to be in town on the sale day. Quality of item and price were both good. One year later, and I'm still happy with the lounging lev seat. My boyfriend is 5'5" and I'm 5'1" and the love sets fits us perfectly. Often a challenge to find a love seat or couch for shorter folks!

        Only minor complaint is that I've had trouble getting Shamel to take us off their local mailing list. I prefer to not waste resources, and prefer email for sales events than snail mail.

        Not worth it

        If you think you're saving a few bucks on an appliance, think again. Although the price might be slightly lower they charge for delivery, don't remove old appliances, don't install and the customer service is horrific. Once they have your money they could care less about you. I won't be shopping there again!
