Wilbur's Vacuum Cleaner Sales

I had several good experiences with Wilbur's repair service. His prices are a fraction of other vacuum repair services. I've never had the experience of no one answering the phone or the door, like the other person posting here did. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Do not use Wilbur's Vacuum Cleaner Service! They never answer the phone even in the middle of the day. I dropped my vacuum off on Friday and he said he would give me a call when it was finished. He also said that it would only take a day or two and that he would probably have it finished by 2:00 the next day. I left only to realize he did not get my phone number. I tried calling to give it to them but no one would answer so I had to drive back to give them my number. I waited until Tuesday and no call that it was finished. I went to check on it and he hadn't even started on it. Promised that it would be the next one he did and would be done by 4:30. I came back at 5:00 and the open sign was on and a will be back in 15min sign was up. They did not come back in 15. They were closed. I tried again at 9:00am. Same thing: sign said they opened at 8:00. Open sign on, be back in 15min sign up and no one there. Left them a note to call me. We will see what happens.
