The service was impeccable. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful in giving us tips, and they provided personal touches to our room which did not go unnoticed by us. Charming, Quiet, Personable Staff who care about their Guests. This hotel is SPOTLESS. The Room was Quite Spacious and the Bathroom was huge, with a good shower and nice tile. The Bed was extremely comfortable and was covered with clean bed sheet and linen. The Hotel is located near to the Lake Norman State Park.. I give A+ to this Hotel.
