This is a great place to live. I have lived here the past two years and fell upon this looking for places in savannah where I plan to live when I graduate. I graduate in Decemeber and the woodlands let me renew for a 6 month lease which is rare in statesboro. I have gone through many roommates while living here and the staff in the office always helped me and kept a good look out for someone that I would get along with. It's right near a new tanning bed that just got built and a small strip mall with shopping, coffee shop, and food. Like I said the staff was always nice and really willing to help me. I paid with financial aid and brought them a letter saying I was getting it and they didn't charge me late fees. The maintenance usually gets done the day of. I would definatley recommend them.

I've never had any problems with the staff here and I continue to renew my lease every year.
