Called Frontier and was given a week to wait for internet installation. They were supposedly booked up which did not make sense seeing that it was out of the normal moving season. I had to settle for a morning appointment because all others were filled so I took off from work to be there for the installation. On the day of installation I waited for hours and no one showed up! A representative then called me to tell me that no one was coming but I could have my appointment rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I was furious, not only did I take off work but they waisted hours of my day waiting for services that would not be installed. Needless to say I've gone with another provider and I'm satisfied. Frontier is unprofessional and I would not recommend them, go with Northland instead.
