0 stars as well. I agree with the post before me! Customer services is terrible!!!! The person I was on the phone with was rude and disrespectful so I just hung up. They will NEVER get my money!

0 star! This is the secondtime i used boro dd, i had unpleasant experiences both times, not to talk of the drivers, they are not welcoming! The customer care that sends out the ride is so rude and impatient! Horrible! horrible! Horrible! They do not smile! I tried playing around with one of them while i alight from the taxi, she shut me out by saying, have a good day! With an attitude. They do not give you back your loose change! I took their taxi to and fro, which means, even with the horrible horrible service, i had given the a dollar which they did not deserve, and I paid $9.70 to and was charged $10.50 fro. Inside of the car is also not neat enough! Just horrible in a nutshell. They don't even deserve to be called an organization!

Was very skeptical about taking a taxi the first time I called, didn't know what to expect. Now I'm hooked, my favorite driver Renee always seems to be working when I need her. She's a great driver, very polite, and knows how to get me where I'm going right on time. I spend $9.80 getting to work with her, bit whenever someone else drives it's like $10.50 or $11 something. I use Boro D.D all the time, but my ride is always best when my favorite driver is there! All around great taxi company!

I just got off the phone with a lady who is gonna pick me up.At the end of the conversation, I just wanted to confirm with her that she could pick me up in time to get me to work. She screamed at me "Do you undrestand..." And she cursed at me too. I didn't really know how to respond because it honestly shocked me. If I ever treated a customer like that in any job I've ever had, I would have been fired on the spot. I need a ride to work so I can't really be up front with her about how she acted towards me. Just know that some of the drivers may have a nasty temper. :(

The Owner of this company is very polite and he knows his way around the "Boro" which equates to him saving me money when I need a ride. I also have to say his cars are the cleanest out there, and aren't just old police cars, I love the Hybrid he uses in the day time.

Why did I just pay $9.70 for a five minute walk?

Used this service for the first time. Polite driver. He knew the area very well. As a woman, it was nice to be driven by a gentlemen. Rates were very reasonable. He was punctual. I'd definitely use this company again when I'm in town. I'm a fan!!!
