The Groom Room

I started going to The Groom Room in 2005 with my older male mix little dog. They were absolutely amazing. He was old, sick and needed extra attention. Exactly what I received. After his passing; I have received an 8 month old Yorkie, now 8 and he's been going ever since. I love them and would recommend them without a doubt. Thanks GUYS! He goes every 2 weeks for a pedicure and regularly for a haircut. Always a great job!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL to bring your dogs here. I took My 8month puppy in to get her tear marks trimmed and nails trimmed, I heard my puppy squealing and screaming continuously inside. When I ask someone who worked there if that is my puppy screaming, they told me " its not my dog screaming" When my puppy came out her paw was covered in blood and was bleeding . I tell them "OMG she is bleeding"...He tells me... "its normal and that they cut it too short" Charged me full price for HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE if you love your pet there are many other dog salons on the island. This has never happened to me when I went to other doggie groomers. My puppy was traumatized! it is completely unacceptable for a professional groomer to make a mistake and then be so dismissive about it. Animals have no voice, so we have to advocate and speak for them.

Love the way they care for my puppy! she always comes out looking like the princess that she is!
