Walmart Supercenter

Me and my wife recently visited our local Wal-Mart Vision Center, Our Visit was horrible from the start. We came in for an Eye exam for contacts The opticians tech was rude from the start, once we got back to the exam room the Tech was very corse with the both of us. finnaly when we went in to see the Optician himself he was a great guy and seemed to be fairly knowlegeable, however upon leaving and paying our bill we metioned an add in the local paper that states contact exams are 70$ each , the tech once again rudely stated we needed to bring the add with us. It wasnt a coupon it was an advertisement , it didnt say we needed to bring it in with us, so we paid in full and left with our contact prescriptions in hand. however when we ordered our contacts online the optition tells them we didnt have an exam. so if you value rude service and outright unfair practices pls waste your money on this vision center

I shop here at least once a week and sometimes the customer service is great and sometimes the customer service is not so great. This store is also supposed to be a SuperWalmart and I still find myself having to go to a bigger city Walmart to find some things I need. I simply can not find them in this Walmart.
