I called yesterday morning to speak with the Bariatric coordinator for people getting gastric bypass surgery. Her name is Jovie. She never called back ,so I called the next day.The reception desk asked for my phone # then said she would call me back. I said oh she is not available? The female on the other end said" oh she talks to patients all day". So I thanked her for making me feel like I was in line like an animal waiting to be slaughtered. Kind of like how can I say it. It made me feel very small and like my call and concerns didn't matter!
