The problem was not with the quality of the product as the person who provided my wife her pedicure service was excellent. The issue was they refused to honour a gift certificate issued by the business. When I bought the gift certificate for my wife, it stated specifically on the certificate that it was good for one year. I purchased the certificate on 12/24/18. Today it is 12/17/19, she came to redeem the certificate, and they would not take it. The owner of this business has no honour and is a piece of garbage.

THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS AN UNETHICAL PIECE OF GARBAGE. HE HAS NO HONOUR. Your money is better spent with businesses who will honour gift certificates that they issue. DO NOT COME HERE!

Very bad service. Always new stuff . Some of the girls has no experience with nails at all. Hard to talk to them. Rude stuff. Dont recommend .

First they messed up my eye brows n the second lady was super rough of my skin like she ws doin som kind of favor for me, then the cashier charges me 100 bucks on my card n dsnt bother to inform me, till i went bak n asked. Now Im hundred dollars short in my account with my skin burning like hell.����������������horrible service. I would recommend the salons on the west side.
