Amazing experience, especially for one related to "car-buying"

I came to Handy's after initially going to Heritage in South Burlington. I was not completely sold on the FJ I had test drove and also wanted my wife Sandy to have a look at it. Everyone was extremely respectful of Sandy and made her feel very comfortable...and generally she really hates car dealers. Adam went out and evaluated my trade-in right away while Kyle pointed out features of the car to Sandy and got us set for a test drive. Once back after the drive I requested some changes in the FJ. Adam and Kyle responded right away and agreed to configure the car as I requested. Over the next few days Mike helped me get a simply fantastic financing deal thru Toyota Credit. When I came to pick up the car it was all ready for me and the buying procedure was smooth and without gimmicks. Perfect. I have put a little over 1000 miles on the car in the first week and absolutely love it. Kyle has followed up with me to be sure everything is going well and I really appreciate that. And the really good laugh is Heritage finally called me to "check in" nearly a week after I stopped into their showroom and test drove 2 cars. Still have not received a follow up email from them. I had to laugh as I took the call sitting in my new FJ. Bottom line is, so far Handy's Toyota has cheerfully met or exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in shopping for a new car.
