        You don't want to hire this company!! I hired this company in the fall of 2015 to finish a home surveillance system. This company is a fraud!! They demand that you pay most money up front, which I did and they have never finished the job, by June 16, I had had enough!! There was always a reason they could not make their appointments and the work they did do is sloppy and incomplete...finally in June 16 I had to hire another company to complete work I have already paid them for!! They are not dependable at all, there is no way on this earth I would recommend this company for anything!!! Their customer satisfaction policy is boloney. They have only offered to do nothing of any assistance to me…and nothing about their re-buttes are correct, I have the pictures, emails and texts to prove all. We’ll see what the MD. State’s Attorney has to say about this. Save your money, find anyone else to do the work!! I would never recommend this company for anything!!

        I contacted rfk tech services and they scheduled an appointment the next day. I originally wanted some phone and cable outlets moved around. When the technician came to my home, the technician explained to me that I could have what I wanted without missing with the drywall. Plus I had Verizon FIOS installed at my home earlier and their technician installed black coax on the outside of my home. RFK Technology Services, moved the outlets, then they replaced the black coax with white and did a very good job of hiding the wiring and cable. They also have a two year warranty on installation. I had a painter come back to paint the room; I called RFK Technology and they came right back out and repaired the wallplate. Their technicians used workboot covers and drop cloth and what little bit of mess the tech did make he cleaned up right away. P. Brown Alexandria, VA

        Great techs! Great job done! Fair pricing and customized to my needs. And best part about it, it looks like I had no work done, all wires are hidden. I called them back a few weeks later to then fix my computer. They really are a one-stop shop of tech services.
