Double B Towing

The first time I called ETA was 2 hours. Then I called 2 hours later and the person said that the tow truck will be there in 45 mins. Then I called after an hour and she said it would be there in 15 mins. After 4 hours driver came and couldnt even find my address and went back without even calling me.

Is this really a professional business?

WORST SERVICE EVER.

We arranged for a tow at 1145pm the night before...we had a double tire blow out but was able to get the car to our friend's house and he drove us home. We were told the tow truck would be there between 9 and 10 am on Sunday. My friend picked me up at 830am and took me back to his place (25 min away) and we waited. And waited. And waited. We called and were told oh, 10:15am. Then 15 more minutes. Then 20 more minutes. Then 11:15am. Then the driver was stuck in traffic (btw, we were waiting in Springfield for a towing company based in Springfield). My wife called and was having a medical emergency. We were trying to decide if I could get home fast enough or if she needed to call an ambulance. I called the towing company again where they had the audacity to get snotty with me when I explained that I needed a real ETA on the arrival, that I had an emergency, All they did was say again that they were stuck in traffic. The driver finally arrived at 2pm, 4-5 hours after the original ETA. He had just come onto his shift, so there was no way that he was the driver "stuck in traffic" for hours. I am angry on so many levels. My one day off was wasted, our friends who were so patient & generous lost the bulk of their Sunday as well, and my wife was left suffering by herself for hours. There is something wrong with a company that can't operate with the very basics of decency, much less punctuality or professionalism. Double B Towing was selected by USAA, our insurance company. I'll be discussing this issue with them as well.

Double B was there when they promised and didn't leave me sitting on the side of the road as others have. They were courteouse and professional. I would certainly use them again!

This company is very punctual and reliable. I have used them several times for my personal and business vehicles. The driver brian is very helpful and goes above and beyond.

Driver of this tow truck told me to "shut the f### up" when I asked him a question. Then called me an "a$$hole".

Completely unprofessional. I would never hire or recommend this company.
