Clyde is a member of the Robertson County Bar Association (past President), a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, and has chaired the local committee of the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners to review potenial new attorneys. Clyde holds the highest A V ratings for both legal ability and ethics, from the national attorneys rating service Martindale–Hubbell. Clyde is also Certified Rule 31 Mediator.
