Springfield Hyundai goes above and beyond . Purchased my 2013 Elantra from here. (Hi, Curtis Wilson). I've been taking the maintainance program seriously; returning for oil and filter changes and checkup every 4000 mi. or so. It's paid off for me ,because this car runs with no problems. Most important for me is that I feel safe in this car because I know and trust the people in the service dept. (Shoutout to Kristen and Everett who are caring and professional Thanks) I'm in my car a lot with a son in Virginia and daughter in Pittsburgh. Elantra gets a "workout" . It's a comfortable ride for my old bones and a big +++++ knowing I'm going to get to where I'm going and back. Thanks to EVERYONE at Springfield Hyundai ....... from sales to service YOU ARE AAAAA+++++.

Springfield Hyundai was a wonderful and fulfilling experience. Rosalee Wells assisted me through the entire process and was both professional and a friend. We sahred business and friendly family stories and she was able to work with me on the deals and numbers I needed to get to for my family car lease purchase. I would recommend her and her business to others. I am pleased with the car I left with-Sante Fe Sport and I look forward to continuing this relationship in the future-Thank You.

Had my car serviced at Springfield Hyundai. Very friendly and clean establishment. Michael Davis in the service department assisted me with my service. Great help! Answered all my questions and got me out and back on the road in no time. I look forward to his help on my next service visit.

Lies, Lies, Lies, the long and short of it. Good old high pressure and bait and switch. They'll tell you the car has features that it doesn't just to sell the car. Told me it had automatic emergency braking, it don't. Told me it had a heated steering wheel, it don't, said headlights move with steering they don't. I've talked to Hyunda USA they said they would follow up. They didn't. Chris Bernicker never returned my email, the sales person did call and tried to tell me he never said the car had those features. I felt so stupid when I took it in for service. I was asked, don't you read the owners manual when I said the features were not working.

We had great service from keith in buying a used 2004 Dodge Dakota, but everything else has been a nightmare. First of, it's nearly impossible to get a hold of the right people. Whoever answers the phone, IF they actually answer, transfers you continuously to god knows who until you get disconnected. We were also told several times that they will have someone call us back and that they "will personally walk the contact information over" and of course that's absolute horse crap. No one knows who is in charge of what so if you do not have a specific contact, then good frickin luck. The service/repair people said that they fixed things that were actually not done. And then when we point this out they would flat out lie and say that they never said that. Horrible horrible customer service. For once, it was the sales department that actually did their job. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Ignorance runs too rampant.

My fiance's car is a 2007 Hyundai Tuscon. She got this installed from Hyundai of Springfield as an option on her car when she got it brand new. They did the installation themselves or got it outsourced. She called them today and they said to call corporate. Their comment is "It's not covered under the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty" anymore. I'm sorry, but that's not going to sly with me. Sunroofs don't just fly off like that, especially on a daily driver. She's lucky no one was right behind her and got injured or died from that being on a major highway. Right now the car is just sitting in the garage after she got it home. I will be making sure that someone is paying for this besides us!

Springfield Hyundai is a relaxed, layed-back atmosphere. Our salesperson rose, was very friendly and professional. We would Definitely do business with them again.
