Porchwillow Primitives & Gardes (a division of Jake's Marine)

One of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Bought I used pontoon boat from Jake's Marine and asked him to deliver it about an hour away. No problem he said. Delivered the boat, and it wouldn't start. He took it back to the shop and fixed it and returned it the next week, put in the water and made sure everything was working correctly. Made sure I had all the required safety equipment and I was satisfied with my purchase and service. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to "Jake" and his staff.

Don't go here expecting good customer service. The girl up front and the mechnic have no idea what it is. They act like they are doing you a favor even being there. Took 3 weeks for them to repair a part that they broke and then it wasn't replaced with an original part. Too cheap on their dime. Originaly they weren't too bad until they damaged my motor. Then it was a whole different ball game. He actually yelled at me because he damaged it. He mickey moused the repair. And when He finally fixed it. He wouldn't even apologize for it. He never even offered to put it in my vehicle. Prices are high and I can't say anything good about the service. Don't go here and expect anything good. I'm sure the response will be sarcastic just like another bad review. They just can't admit they aren't very nice.Needless to say I won't return and don't recommend them to anyone. Charged $2.50 for a 1/2 gallon of gas. But i don't think I even got a pint. Gas is 2.12 accross the street.
