I bought a car from a dealer in Arkansas. When I had my first flat tire I discovered that someone had glued on the lug nuts so the tire couldn't be changed. I called several mechanics and this is the first one I could find who would work on my car. Mechanic used a blow torch to get them off and repaired it for a decent price. Parts had to be bought and another worker returned with them within an hour. Mechanic's wife was there and offered to share her lunch while we waited. Nice people. I was half expecting a high bill since I couldn't find anyone to work on the car but the mechanic priced the parts at the cost paid and labor was reasonable. The work was finished quickly and I haven't had a problem since. The car was worked on about a year ago. I plan to go back soon to get my door handle fixed. :)

I bought my vacuum from Kearney Street Vacuums a little over two years ago and I am still so happy with my purchase. I don't know anything about vacuum brands, what to look for when buying a new vacuum, etc., but Larry was able to find me a reasonably priced, reliable, lightweight vacuum. The hose on the original vacuum was stiffer than I wanted, and he searched around to find a longer hose to fit the same model. It was so nice to shop with someone who specializes in vacuums and seems to genuinely care about customer service. I would definitely recommend Kearney Street Vacuums to anyone who prefers to shop locally and wants to work with someone they trust!
I have done business with Barnes T&C for years. They are friendly, dependable, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend for furniture or appliance purchases. With most other business adding fuel surcharges to their delivery fees, Barnes still offers free delivery in the local area. One caveat: the address shown on this listing is 8240 W Hwy EE, and that is NOT their location. You will find them at 8240 W Hwy 266 (West Chestnut Expressway).
