Great concept, even better prices. Menu has a huge selection. You can make just about anything you can think of such as: Thai chicken, Buffalo, and even taco pizzas. They even have traditional/boneless wings with several sauce options, and salads. They use the new digital touchscreen soda fountains which I love because of all the different combinations, like coke with lime. Now, that being said, the establishment is brand new and the employees have no clue what they are doing. Most are high school age, and look totally lost when building the pizzas. I have been several times and such inexperience shows, i.e. - multiple toppings have been forgotten, seasonings dumped in one heap on the pizza, using laughably small amounts of cheese, and toppings spread terribly or piled in the middle only. They also cannot use the the register and have charged me incorrectly, given the wrong receipt copy, ect... Once the kids are trained a little longer and gain some confidence, this place could be a gem. Don't let that stop you from going, you just might have to coach them as they make your pizza for a few weeks.

discovered this place 6 mts ago or so . It's a nice little place, with good food, good prices and authentic cooking. have used the coupons on the back of price cutter market reciepts for buy one get one with the purchase of 2 drinks and that just cant be beat. love the chorizo chicken dish , the shrimp dinamita (hot ,Hot) , the steak dish that is breaded, then grilled. well I don't think I have disliked any thing. the plates are large portioned. the meat is allmost allways perfectly juicy and seasoned even though it has been pounded thin. the lady and her husband and inlaws? who run this are down to earth people who stop by to talk once in a while , the waitresses are nice and attentive, I like to practice my spanish for fun while I'm there. they have drinks, but I havent yet tried the margaritas. hummmm. I'm feeling thirsty. whens lunch ?
Cesar's Old Mexico restaurant is a new entity on E. Sunshine St, We stopped in to check it out and OMG was it good. Through a mixup in communication, I thought I was ordering beef enchiladas, while our server thought I was ordering a carne asada with red sauce. When it came I was surprised, but it smelled so good, I decided to give it a go. It was GREAT! One of the best Mexican meals I've ever had. My wife had a tamale and chicken enchiladas with mole. She said it was the best Mexican meal she could remember. Needless to say, Cesar's Old Mexico is now our favorite Mexican restaurant in Springfield. BTW, one thing you should know is that it is authentic Mexican, not Tex-Mex. Also, about half of the patrons eating there are Spanish speakers. I'm predicting Cesar's Old Mexico will have to move to bigger quarters before long.
