Worst Trash Company Ever!
Worst Trash Company Ever! I had just recently moved to a new house and wanted to transfer my service to the new residence. I paid upfront for my next 3 months and provided my new address to be picked up at. I was told I would received a call later that day to let me know what my new day of pickup would be. 3 days later, I finally received my call. I asked if they would bring a new container/my container To the new residence. They answered, no you are responsible for moving your container. I have never had to do this with any other company. I originally had Automated Waste, and never had any problems. On top of everything, since November 13th they have only picked up our trash 2 times. That's 2 times in 2 months. I call every week after they miss our stop. They started claiming that I never paid my service. I sent a copy of my bank statement with the charge on it 3 times to the fax number provided. I explained that my account had to be up to date, before they would allow to do the transfer. I requested them to cancel my service, and refund me for the service I never received. But they canceled my service, refused to pick up my trash, the container is still here, and they refuse to give my a refund. This is ridiculously bad. The big company comes in and takes over the little guy company, and everything changes.
