I moved to MO from KS and was greeted with open arms at my new local dealer. There were a few things to take care of with regard to Buick service bulletins, both covered and not covered. I'm very pleased with my experience @ Thompson!

Bought a great car from Adam Ragan about weeks ago. He was very professional and fair and I thought I got a good deal on a great car. We were concerned about the dark tint film on the windows and we had to leave on a scheduled vacation trip before it could be removed. Adam told us it would be removed when we returned, and he was as good as his word. The car was an excellent car, a 2014 Impala 2LTZ with all the bells and whistles, including an impressive array of safety features. We can enthusiastically review Thompson Sales and Adam to anyone looking for a good car.

I was dreading having two cars to schedule for service under a recall, but it worked out great thanks to my service manager Wes Oldham. Mine was first and I was surprised how fast it went. I called my wife from the waiting room and told her to start from the house. As I pulled out I meet her pulling in. Thanks to Wes and the service crew, I wasn't there over 20 minutes. Good job, team!

We came back to Thompson for a second time, because we really like Roy Line, who was our salesman both times. He is very honest and caring with his customers. We would definitely work with him again. The only thing that kind of bothers us is that the finance officer we got was pretty pushy on trying to get us to take the Gap insurance. Overall, we would recommend Thompson again.

I had my first service on my Encore, at their quick lube and oil change facility. They had the service completed in a timely and professional manner. The only thing they could add was a quick check of other systems on the car.

When I first got my vehicle I might have given a four star but after I became aware of the lack of being compentant of both the company and the salesman I should give both a one star. They made mistakes which cost money and a lot of trips and time. If you get a dealer transfer beware they would have not supplied the supposed installed equipment stated in the paid bill if I had not of noticed. The salesman turnout to be a very lazy or a person who stated anything to get rid of you to complete his sale even though always seemingly acting in your behalf. Buyer beware

Thompson is one of the best dealerships in the Ozarks and has been the first place I have always looked when buying a car or truck.

We had a great experience. Adam did a great job helping us find a vehicle that was everything we wanted and in our price range. Awesome service. We had been looking for a new vehicle for a while and Thompson Sales not only had what we wanted but had GREAT customer service. Easy to see the associates like working there. I also want to brag on the financial department. They did a great job helping us to get everything finalized! We went close to closing to test drive and didn't have all the paperwork we needed to buy so they suggested we emailed them the documents that evening and come in the next morning. We did and by the time we were there the next morning everything was settled! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!
