Tender Care Grooming

I have a standard poodle. I am extremely particular with his cut and Vanessa is the only groomer who actually listened to what I wanted. He always comes home fantastic! I tell everyone to go to her... SHE IS THE REAL DEAL IN DOG GROOMING!!

I took my 17 yr Schipperke to be bathed a clipped short for summer. I was so worried. The poor boy can barely see or hear. I shudder at the thought of him being treated harshly or rough or like a thing without feelings. I am so happy I brought him to Tender Care. He looks great and he acts like he feels a lot better. He is difficult to shave but she did a wonderful job and even clipped so nice around his face. I recommend Tender Care 100%. They seem to genuinely care about our pets.

I called this groomer from St. Louis as I wanted to get my mothers puppy groomed. They were very courteous and even referred me to a pet groomer that might be closer to my mothers location due to mileage distance (due to high gas prices). They sound great and were willing to get our dog in the next day. Wow, now that is "customer service"..
