I was visiting Springfield with a friend, and we decided to get our noses pierced. She pierced my nose crooked, the stud was to short for my nostrel, and it went in my nose and under the side because of how crooked it was, when I had it taken out it was shaped weird, and when I called her about it she talked to me like an idiot and said uhhuh and yeah a lot. Telling me they don't provide refunds, which was weird because she had us pay before she even pierced it. While I was there looking at it and told her my stud was crooked, she insisted that that's how its supposed to be. I went to two diffrent places and they both told me the exact same thing that I could see for myself, I have a huge scar because of her. She left the phone off the hook so I couldn't continue a conversation with her. If I could give it zero stars I would. Beware of this place. It is filthy and i was to excited to realize this, but never ever let someone set up for your piercing behind closed doors. She insists that she has done it for so long, but still broke so many laws while my friend and I were there, thank goodness, we have pics and videos of the ordeal!
