Nice enough staff... Nice enough selection...
The manager does not stand behind what he sells.
I purchased a new tank 02/23/2015 and spent $40 on it. I took it home read the instructions twice, put it together and used it for a few puffs. 15 minutes later when I picked my Vape up again and the tank had leaked all over from the bottom.
I disassembled everything and cleaned it thoroughly. I read the instructions twice, again, to make sure I did not miss any tricks or oddities In setting up the tank. I put it back together and after the first couple of puffs it started spraying juice into my mouth.
I went back to the shop in less than 24 hours. Everything cleaned, put back in the original packaging and receipt in hand.
I was told emphatically no exchange. The girl behind the counter used the tank half filled for less than a minute and pronounced it working. She called her manager on the phone and told her side of the story, that she finds nothing wrong with it.
No exchange possible.
Later I called and spoke with the manager who became belligerent and blamed me as the user. Again, no exchange possible.
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
