The worst place I've ever eaten terrible terrible customer service sign says no refunds lady told me if we give refunds we give everybody free food that's because their food is so terrible the homeless won't even eat it

I have been going to eat here for 20 years. Last time was in October of 2015. Went back last night 12/4/2015, and things have changed drastically. I asked the waitress if the ownership had changed, or management. She said the Ownership is the same, but the management changed. Well, the management stinks!! We waited at the hostess stand at 4pm, when over half the restaurant was empty for at least five minutes before anyone came to seat us(this went for several others as well), I watched two different groups leave due to lack of service. I ordered some cheese nachos as an appetizer. It wasn't like the normal that I was used to. A plate with a single layer of chips(I counted 15 chips)???? The food... Well I have never had a bad thing to say until now!!! They have cut the food potions in half! Everything from the amount of ingredints, to the amount of cheese! I told the waitress that the food doesn't taste the same, she responded with...yes, they changed the recipe a little. And I told her that will cost them business, and she said I was not the only one to tell her that! I can understand raising the price of the food(which they have), but to raise the price, and cut the portions down considerably, and mess with a recipe that is supposed to be a Spfld staple!! That's rediculous! 20 years... Mexican villa... You just lost my business, my family's business, and anyone that I know! You should be ashamed! To the owners-I would fix these issues, or you are going to see a huge loss of business. FYI-fix the management at this place, because it completely stinks!

smells like a nursing home and the salsa was too hot to enjoy. would not recommend this place nor will i be returning.
