The directors, nurses, and assistants are all so kind attentive and caring and there is a lot of social activity to be enjoyed also. My room was a private one with lovely decor, making me feel like I was in my own bedroom at home, which is all so very important for recovery. I felt like I received the best therapy treatment given by excellent professionals. A million thanks to all the staff of angels there.

Dear all Manor Employees: "You have never really lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you." This quote expresses the way each of your lives have touched mine and my family's. We can never repay you for the love, compassion, support and care shown to me during my stay at Manor Care! It takes very special people like each of you to look after others with such kindness and concern. The work you do may go unnoticed at times simply because you do it so well. We want you to know that you are appreciated, and we thank you for the outstanding care you provided me. Sometimes the ones who have been there for everyone else needs someone to be there for them....so please enjoy the treats that I sent to show thanks that you were always there for me.

After a successful shoulder surgery my mother inlaw had anxiety attacks and then fell in the bathroom. I felt it necessary for her safety to check her in temporarily. I wanted a safe environment where she could heal and get stronger. ManorCare took her in and made the process easy. The facility is clean and well lit. The staff all friendly, kind, thoughtful and eager to help. The physical therapy she received worked not only on her shoulder but her mobility issues as well. They did such a great job with her she was able to return home even sooner than I thought possible. They fed her really well. In the beginning I was bringing her home cooked meals. She liked the food so much she usually preferred to eat their food (thanks Mom). She told me that they even gave her too much food. Most days she couldn't finish everything. I am forever grateful for the care they provided. If the need ever arises I will call them first and recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank you again to the entire staff.

This place is a nightmare. I was placed in a room with another resident who had no respect for individual privacy. The blaring television nearly drove me crazy. The facilities were dirty and the staff was inadequate for the number of residents. The food was served cold and most of the time I did not get what was ordered. I was verbally and physically abused. I would not recommend that anyone place their loved ones in this facility.

i have lived here since sept.05 and the last 1.5 years under tera chandler managment has taken this place to the bottom of the pile, the quality nurses and cna staff members have quite and moved on with deep regreat to the resendents whom they cared for deeply, but tera chandler would not allow staff to become social in any way, staff was not even allowed to buy us snacks from the vending ,and i mean with our own money. now the corporate oweners have finely taken notice to tera chandler total mismanagment of what was a fairly nice place to live.tera chandler has been asked to leave or be fired and she felt she needed to spend more time with her family.
