Hello my name is Larry and i just wanted to point out something about the plant in springfield.

I'm not one to point fingers or pick apart operations but someone should really look into this location.

The employees, the management, and the product all needs to be audited. I'm just saying there is much room for improvements here. I don't know many of the events with this company but I'm guessing they have problems keeping employees, problems with products and customer complaints. It would be in your best interest to do a review of the operations and management of the plant. Also, remember the employees/management just act like they are going by procedures but really they are not. Thanks for your time!
