I had my Jeep Wrangler in there for rust. They did an awesome job! The price was very reasonable for the amount of rust that I had. I would recommend them. Great job!,

When I rear-ended a truck in Oct 2007 my insurance company sent me here. My 2006 9-month old Nissan Altima used to have a hood that stayed open without placing a bar down, but not after these guys were done. They replaced my headlight with a used, dirty, nasty one, that coincidentally wasn't sealed properly...resulting in numerous burned out lights from water leakage. Also, when replacing the seat belts in the front, they removed the covers of the driver and passenger belt, where you adjust the height. Upon getting my car back, I went to put on my seat belt and realized it. I went inside to tell them, and their genius mechanic told me they received the car without them. Yes, you're right. As a 20 year old female, I thought it would be a great idea to take the seat belt covers off my brand new car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He told me they would order some, but it would take awhile to get them in. Needless to say, three years later, they still haven't called me to tell me they arrived. This place is terrible. I have told numerous people about their crappy repair jobs, and obviously 3 years later am still telling people about it.

Repaired a rear end collision on my vehicle. The result was that the tail lights filled up with water every time it rained. No other phrase so adequately describes these idiots more appropriately then "they just plain suck".

This business is awful. We had a minor fender bender nothing extreme, should have been an easy fix. But after getting the car back and finding problems 5 times over, this coompany missed a cooling fan that was damaged which in turn overheated our infiniti. Now we are stuck with a $4000 bill for a blown headgasket which Dodson-Williams says is not related to the accident. They claim there was 4 quarts low on oil which is unplausable cause I take very good care of my cars and our mechanic which fixed the engine told us there wasn't a drop of oil under the car. And its also funny it never over heated before the accident. Stay away, this is a shady company.
