I have been in Springfield for 2 years now. I have had big name shops and quick stop shops attempt to compete with pricing and customer service. No one comes anywhere close to Bohannons! They even picked my mustang up from another shop and charged hundreds of dollars less for the repair. It is extremely difficult to find this level of dedication, honesty, and integrity anymore these days. Do not miss out; take your vehicles to Bohannons. There are no better shops.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest, friendly shop that you can trust. I was very impressed with the level of customer service--the staff was honest and caring and even offered me a ride home so I didn't have to wait there for my car to be repaired. I also really liked that there were several female staff that work there-made me much more comfortable. I take my car here now for everything and have always had a good experience. A good family friendly shop that you can trust--hard to find anymore.

we we impresed by the office staff that took the time to help my mother in from her car. She is older and doesnt get around well. They treated her respectfully and told her exactly what was wrong with the vehicle, and the estimate price is what the bill tuned out to be, down to the dollar. They did not try to take advantage of us even though we are women, like some shops do. They have several women that work there, and that made us feel at ease also. thanks so much, Laura.
